Your rights as a consumer

Under the legislation in force, as a consumer you have the right:

  • to receive complete, correct, and accurate information regarding the essential characteristics of the products and services offered;
  • to be protected against the risk of purchasing a product or service that could affect your life, health, or safety;
  • to be adequately and appropriately compensated for damages caused by the poor quality of products and services;
  • to access markets that provide you with a varied range of quality products and services;
  • to associate in consumer protection organisations;
  • to benefit from clear and precise drafting of contractual terms, free from unfair clauses.

How to submit a complaint

If you have a complaint about a service or product offered by BEST CREDIT INVEST IFN S.A. that you have not been able to resolve directly with us, you may submit a complaint to ANPC through one of the following methods:

  • the online form available at anpc.ro;
  • by email at reclamatii@anpc.ro;
  • in writing, by post or courier to the ANPC address indicated above;
  • in person, at the Regional Consumer Protection Commissariat for your area.
